Herma Sculptures by Evan Haynes, Maine

Herma Sculptures

Maps and directions

Ten shafts of granite titled Herma are sited on the southeast end of Lord Hall. Created by Maine artist Evan Haynes in 2006 as a Percent for Art commission, these posts contain a variety of visual and tactile design elements. The sculpture reflects the artist’s background in engineering, environmental design and studio art. Also from this location, pause to see the nearby Norway spruce and green ash trees, complete with identification signage.
