Center for Student Involvement

The Center for Student Involvement (CSI), part of the Division of Student Life, serves as the central hub for campus activities. A key priority of CSI is to create and support positive out-of-the-classroom experiences and interactions.

We provide a wide array of opportunities for engagement within the undergraduate student population. Our functional areas offer almost endless possibilities for students to find a connection.

The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) also oversees initiatives such as UMaine UVote and the eSports arena, further broadening the spectrum of student engagement opportunities. UMaine UVote is dedicated to promoting civic engagement and voter participation among students, providing resources and organizing events to ensure that students are informed and active citizens. Additionally, the eSports arena offers a facility for gaming enthusiasts, fostering a sense of community through competitive and recreational gaming activities.
