We know that traditional counseling isn't right for everyone...
Help can come in a variety of formats and we want to support you getting the help you need in a way that works for you, whether that’s through counseling or suggesting things you can try on your own. Just like your physical health, you need to strengthen your mental health to stay healthy and manage the challenges of life.
(And if at some point you decide you’d like a little more support from one of our counselors, you’re always welcome to make an appointment.)
