All Spring Leadership Conference registration information is available here. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email the Registration Chair, Cheyenne Laszlo.

Institutions may register 5 people (combination of delegates and advisors), plus 5 potentials (combination of delegates and advisors).

For every 2 returning delegates, 1 educational session proposal must be submitted (click here for more info).

Pricing breakdown:
Delegates
$175 for quads
$218 for doubles*

Advisors
$218 for doubles
$305 for singles

*If your institution doesn’t allow quads (2 people per bed), then you may do doubles at $218 per delegate. Further proof of this policy must be submitted by your advisor.

Gender Inclusive Housing: You are agreeing to stay in a room with people of various gender identities, rather than one that aligns with your own gender identity. Delegations often select this option to house with their institution, but is not always guaranteed and you may potentially end up rooming with other institutions.

Timeline:

Registration: Dec. 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. until Jan. 21, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

Late Registration: Jan. 22, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. until Jan 29th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m($10 fee for each person registered)

Notification of alternates: Feb. 8, 2020.

Delegate Switch Deadline: Feb. 28, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

All delegates and advisors must be paid in full by March 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. (start of conference), unless arrangements are made with the Regional Board of Directors and Conference Staff.

Invoices will be emailed out along with the announcement of potentials on Feb. 8, 2020. Institutions can pay via card or bank account online. The option to mail in a check ahead of time, or to pay via card, cash, or check at the conference upon arrival is also available. Bounced checks will incur a fee of $25.
