When checking in:

CHECK-IN STARTS AT 3PM.

Please park your vehicle in the CCA lot (look for the signs). Parking permits will be distributed at check-in.

Your entire delegation may come into the CCA with all of your materials to turn in (banner, displays, pins, etc), but must wait in the main lobby.

Only the NCC’s and Advisors will be able to proceed into the check-in area without a name tag / lanyard.

Once the institution is all checked in, all delegates may enter the check-in area to turn in your materials. Delegates will be free to sit in the auditorium once the doors are open, get snacks from the cafe, or head back to the hotels.

Checking in at hotels:

In order to check in at your hotel, your institution must already be paid, as well as all waivers signed. If you have any questions if your institution may check in at your hotel, please email the Conference Chair, Aiden Ciaffaglione, at ne_springconf@nacurh.org.

Travel by plane or bus:

If you are travelling by plane or bus, please make sure the Conference Chair knows when you are arriving and departing. The conference staff will coordinate transportation to and from the airport and terminals.

Early arrivals (prior to 3pm):

Any institutions arriving early may hang out in the Memorial Union or in downtown Bangor (pronounced bang-gore). Institutions arriving by plane or bus prior to check-in will be brought straight to the Memorial Union.

Late Check-in:

If your institution is arriving after 6pm, the location of check-in will be in the front entrance of the Memorial Union.
