The School of Economics participates in research with various UMaine institutes and organizations such as the Climate Change Institute and Maine Sea Grant. The SOE also collaborates with many federal and state government agencies, as well as community and industry groups to pursue research projects.

Wildlife, Fisheries, and Conservation Biology (WFCB)

The School of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Conservation Biology works with the federal government to pursue research interests at the USGS Maine Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit.
