University of Maine Professor of Higher Education Elizabeth Allan was featured on the WAMU/NPR show 1A for a segment about why hazing happens and how to stop it. Allan discussed the progress that has been made when it comes to addressing hazing since she was last on 1A in 2017, but noted that there is still more work to be done.
