Residential Program
Hope Rising has a full time Residential Staff opportunity for a creative and knowledgeable professional interested in addressing human trafficking. Residential Staff facilitate day to day activities within the home and provide direct support for residents. Hope Rising is a program for adult women who have experienced human trafficking. Prior Case Management experience is helpful but not required. Successful candidates will also have a strong understanding of and ability to utiliize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in assisting residents with addressing their needs. Ability to work within a team environment, maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred with directly relevant experience considered. Background in victim advocacy and / or substance abuse treatment preferred. A desire to be a part of a dynamic, flexible, and cooperative team is essential. Shifts are varied and include day, evening, weekend and holiday work schedules.
