Looking for a unique opportunity to use your clinical and administrative skills?  As the Mental Health Regional Program Manager in adult PNMI settings, you will make a difference in the lives of Mainers with mental health diagnoses every day by:

•Overseeing five adult PNMI programs in Southern Maine

•Managing and supporting five Team Leaders

•Providing on-call supervision of region-wide clinical and administrative services

•Working directly with SAMHS and OADS Gatekeepers

•Providing monthly Clinical Group Supervision of PNMI staff•Developing, training and implementing therapeutic groups for PNMI clients

•Creating innovative programming to meet various needs

•Overseeing ISPs –Assessments –LOCUS –ANSA -KEPRO New Communities Inc. (NCI) is a non-profit health services organization serving the elderly and adults with mental health challenges and other disabilities in Maine. As Regional Program Manager, you would be joining a team whose focus and commitment supports 27residentslocated in Windham, Biddeford, Norway and Auburn, Maine. This full-time leadership position is based in Westbrook, Maine with required travel to the various sites on a regular basis.Qualifications:•Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field•LCSW or LCPC Licensure•3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory position •Directly related clinical/mental health employment experiences with adults in inpatient/outpatient or community-based residential settings.•State of Maine Residential Care Administrator’s license preferred but not required.
