Bingham Area Health Center, Madison Area Health Center, Richmond Area Health Center and Strong Area Health Center are offering Clinical Social Work Opportunities in Central and Western Maine.

Responsibilities:

–Address behavioral health needs through solution-focused, short-term interventions

–Develop a treatment plan with medical providers addressing physical and emotional needs

–Help people with chronic diseases learn new coping strategies

–Empower people in various stages of the life cycle to take control of their health

–Work 4-days a week with 6-9 scheduled patient visits per day

–Serve people of all ages and economic situations in a primary care setting

–Participate in the larger team of BHCs in a network of 11 family practices-Compensation:Competitive salary and benefit package Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 -$7,500 Student Loan Repayment opportunities Paid Relocation Continuing Education: $2,500 ~ 1 week per year PTO –272 Hours Annually Retirement Plan with employer match up to 2% of salary Consultation towards LADC licensure Malpractice Coverage Requirements: Independent clinical social work license is required.
