Join our agency in supporting the community!Crisis & Counseling Centers is looking for a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Crisis Clinical Manager. The Crisis Clinical Manager will work with treatment planning and provide clinical supervision to our crisis department. This position will provide support for daily operations and assist with program development in our Mobile Crisis department as well as our Crisis Residential Units.

Program duties include:

Participate in hiring/termination, training, supervision and evaluation of Crisis staff, paid and volunteer.

Provide education to staff, consumers, families and the community, and arrange for educational opportunities for staff.

Assist with public relations, community awareness, and community involvement with Crisis & Counseling Centers.

Assists with the resolution of complaints and grievances.

Attend meetings, provide consultation, and maintain liaisons with DHHS, other agencies, law enforcement, schools and the community.

Assist in the development, maintenance, and revision of Crisis & Counseling Centers’ clinical standards, policies, procedures, forms, and the resources/referral database. .

Keep Crisis Program Director apprised daily of system concerns/issues and internal/external complaints.First contact for clinical needs and support.Makes decisions on when cases can be closed and signs Critical Incidents.

Create and write protocols for client charts and oversee compliance of these protocols.

Some travel is required.

Education & Experience:Master’s degree in social work, LCSW, LCPC, LCPC-C, LMSW CC or doctoral degree with independent licensing, five years of direct service experience in a mental health setting. Working with adults and children is required. Supervisory experience, good communication skills, experience working with individuals and with groups, experience working within a multi-disciplinary team preferred. Assignment to programmatic and/or special populations may specialize the role of the person in this position.  This is a full time, exempt position. Hours are flexible. 40 hours per week is required.
