Leahy’s model for increasing diversity in forestry published
Orono, Feb 4, 2020: Supporting Women in Forestry Today, or SWIFT, was formed in 2016 by Jessica Leahy and Mindy Crandall to diversify forestry disciplines at UMaine by retaining women in the academic pipeline from education to employment. Read more about this viable model in the Journal of Forestry.
