Mathematics major Gwyneth Roberts wins honorable mention for poster
Undergraduate mathematics major Gwyneth Roberts won an honorable mention for her poster Quantifying Tidally Driven Transport in the Jordan River Estuary at the 2019 Maine Sustainability & Water Conference. Her research is focused on understanding tidal processes in the Jordan River estuary in Trenton, Maine. She was supervised by Lauren Ross in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Sean Smith in Earth and Climate Sciences and Thomas Bellsky in Mathematics.
