French after-school program for K-5

Le Club Français

Franco American Programs runs an after-school French program for children in grades K-5.  It is designed for those with no exposure to French and for those with some experience in the language.  Our aim is to make learning French fun in a safe, after-school environment. We also seek to connect French language learners with heritage language speakers in our area.

The classes are organized by ability, and students are taught by French and Education college students under the supervision of Susan Pinette and Lisa Michaud.

We hold class on Wednesdays afterschool until 5pm at the Franco-American Centre.

We offer the class during the second Fall session (October 23, 2024 – November 20, 2024) and the first Spring session. We will be offering classes during the 2024-2025 academic year.
