At the University of Maine, we are in the business of meeting the food and beverage needs of thousands of people each day. From fancy and fabulous catered events to traditional dining hall meals, we do it all.
If a traditional cafeteria-style breakfast, lunch or dinner is the experience you need for your group, we have three dining halls available across campus. Today’s dining halls are a much different experience than a traditional cafeteria from decades ago.
At the University of Maine, we offer cuisine from different cultures from Asian to Italian and Latin America, not to mention local Maine and other traditional American fare. You can count on us to use the freshest ingredients, including locally sourced produce and meats, whenever possible.
Groups who book events on our campus also enjoy the many talents of our catering team. We have a team of chefs and production and service staff from around the world who are passionate about what they do to make your event special and memorable. When it comes to creativity, our professional staff will design a meal, break or reception that is unique, tasty and memorable and maximizes your budget. Our catering guide is simply that – a guide.
