In Person Training
A well-crafted syllabus can be a powerful tool that sets the stage for student success, classroom norms, performance expectations and student engagement. Research suggests that the tone and content of a course syllabus can directly affect students’ perception of instruction, the choice to pursue a subsequent major, and student-faculty interactions.
We will use evidence-based approaches to collaborative review and improve your syllabus, making small meaningful changes.
This session is open to all faculty and graduate students seeking to make their syllabi more effective and student-centered.
