(he, him)

Seth joined the UMaine Career Center team as a graduate student intern in January of 2023. Since the summer of 2021, he has worked full-time with the UMaine’s Early College Program, assisting high school students interested in taking UMaine classes early.

Before entering higher education, Seth worked as a middle school classroom teacher for one year in Hermon. He also spent several summers working for Pineland Farms, where he helped educate the public on topics such as agriculture, horticulture, and the history of the farm.

Seth is an alumni of the University of Maine, graduating with a B.S. in Secondary Education in 2020 with the intention of working with high school students. Now, in his current professional position, along with his role as a career center intern, he wishes to assist students navigating various transitions in their academic and career journeys.

In his personal time, Seth loves to be outside. He travels around the state and into New Hampshire to hike whenever he can and has an interest in learning more about and studying Maine forests.
