The licensed Clinician/Therapist oversees and provides treatment for a caseload of clients and families served by our Home and Community Treatment and Outpatient programs. Both adult and child Outpatient clients are seen in their homes, school or our agency setting.
Clinicians lead in the design, implementation and documentation of treatment, including the intake, review and discharge process. Other responsibilities include overseeing work by the Behavioral Health Professionals in HCT, coordinating with collateral providers, quality assurance and maintenance of relationships with funding, regulatory and licensing entities. Clinicians carry a 20 hour/week billable expectation, credited for paid time off.
We are offering a $2,500 signon bonus, awarded after 90-days of employment. Annual salaries range from $42,600-$51,000 depending on level of experience. Other benefits include paid vacation/holidays and sick time, 403(b), excellent medical/dental/vision plans, tuition reimbursement, etc.
