Katahdin Valley Health Center is Looking for Licensed Clinical Social Worker/LMSW Conditional II
Role: Katahdin Valley Health Center (KVHC) is now hiring for two Licensed Clinical Social Workers or LMSW Conditional II for our locations in Ashland and Millinocket. LCSWs at KVHC will work with patients in providing outpatient community mental health services. The practitioner in this role will collaborate with the Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the Integrated Primary Care Team.
Minimum Requirements: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LMSW Conditional II with the State of Maine. The candidate must also possess strong communication skills, ability to work in primary care as part of an integrated team, ability and means to travel between clinics as needed. Previous FQHC experience a plus and candidate must be able to successfully pass a criminal background and DHHS background check.
