Social Worker for the Center for Autism & Developmental Disorders Outpatient Child Clinic

We are seeking a social worker with clinical interest and experience providing therapy to individuals with developmental disorders and their families. This position is a key part of our outpatient clinic team, which includes child psychiatry, developmental behavioral pediatrics, behavior analysis, social work, psychology and case management. This unique and growing program provides excellent, coordinated care for youth with autism and other developmental disorders under one roof.  Approximately 75% of our patients have Autism Spectrum Disorder and many patients have Intellectual Disability or other developmental disorders. Working as a multidisciplinary, coordinated team, we provide an array of therapies, healthcare, and education to patients and their families that are grounded in the values of dignity, respect, compassion, and excellence. Our mission is to provide a behavioral health home for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disorders through a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based continuum of care, where families are supported as they help their children achieve their greatest potential. Our future plans include opening a brand new 28,000 square foot facility in summer 2021 that will provide purpose-built space for our care.  We have an exciting learning environment that includes DD case conferences, team discussions and topic presentations, and clinical research. Clinical supervision is provided by our clinical director, Kimberly Loika-Smith, LCSW, an expert clinician who has many years of experience with this population.Candidates must have licensure at the independent level. Solid experience in individual and family therapy is required.
