Program Manager for Residential Treatment

Crossroads, a highly respected nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment provider is seeking a full-time Program Manager with strong leadership drive to manage the delivery of clinical services for their two residential programs in Portland, Maine. Crossroads residential programs offers Substance Use Disorder treatment for women as well as Maine’s only co-occurring Substance Use Disorder and Eating Disorder residential treatment.

This position works closely with the Director of Residential Programs and the medical team to ensure the day to day clinical and administrative operations are aligned with agency policy and philosophy as well as state licensing and CARF standards.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

· The Program Manager provides oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations within the programs.

· Ensures that daily operations of the program operate in accordance with established schedules, guidelines, and policies.

· Provides weekly clinical supervision to clinicians, and team leader.

· Responsible for overseeing the timely completion of assessments, treatment plans and all clinical and necessary documentation of program staff.

· Remains available to support on call clinical emergencies

Qualifications

Licensed masters level clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)

5 years working in a clinical setting, residential setting is preferred

2 years working in a management role is preferred

Experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders, Trauma & Eating Disorders (will provide training if needed)

Excellent written, communication and leadership skills
