Full time Residential Clinician Crossroads, a premier addiction and behavioral health treatment center that has been providing addiction treatment since 1974 is seeking a Full-Time (40 hour) clinician to work in our women’s residential program. This position provides individual and grouptherapy to adult women residing in the program who are struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. The clinician is an integral member of the treatment team.
The successful candidate will posses strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, can work collaboratively with members of the team, have strong communication and written skills. Other job responsibilities include participation in weekly clinical team meetings and completion of comprehensive assessments, diagnostic reviews, continued stay reviews for the UR specialist and all other documentation according to licensing and accreditation standards in our electronic health record.
Requirements:•Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field
•LCSW, LCPC, Psy.D•Experience working with Addiction and Co-Occurring Disorders
•Work is performed in designated clinical and program settings
•Duties may involve contact with residents who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
