The open position, comprehensive health planner I, will be a part of this referral system team, reviewing referrals and triaging support to needed services.
The Office of MaineCare Services manages a program, called MaineMOM, to design a service to integrate prenatal/post-partum women living with opioid use disorders.  As a part of this program we will be enhancing the referral system in place at the Maine CDC designed to connect pregnant/post-partum women living with SUD to community services, called CradleME.  The open position, comprehensive health planner I, will be a part of this referral system team, reviewing referrals and triaging support to needed services.
