Live and Work in Spectacular Settings~ Social Work at Integrated Maine Practices Responsibilities:

-Assist people of all ages and economic situations in a primary care setting

-Develop treatment plans with medical providers addressing physical and emotional needs–Address behavioral health needs through solution-focused, short-term interventions

-Impart new coping strategies to people with chronic diseases

-Empower people in various stages of the life cycle to take control of their health–Collaborate with BHCs in a network of 11 practices-

Bingham Area Health Center; Madison Area Health Center; Richmond Area Health Center and Strong Area Health Center.

Compensation:  Competitive salary and benefit package Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 -$7,500; Student Loan Repayment opportunities; Paid Relocation; Continuing Education: $2,500 ~ 1 week per year PTO –272 Hours Annually; Retirement Plan with employer match up to 2% of salary; Consultation towards LADC licensure; Malpractice Coverage;  4-days week ~ 6-9 scheduled patient visits per day. Requirements: Independent clinical social work license is required. LADC is also beneficial.
