CourageLIVES – Part-time and per deim Residential Staff openings
Residential and Community Program CourageLIVES has a part time and per diem Residential Staff opportunity for a creative and knowledgeable professional interested in addressing human trafficking and exploitation. CourageLIVES is a program for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation, with two branches of services, a residence for survivors and community based support. Prior work in the human services field helpful. Successful candidates will also have a strong understanding of and ability to utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in assisting residents and survivors in the community with addressing their needs. Ability to work within a team environment, maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries is essential. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred with directly relevant experience considered. A desire to be a part of a dynamic, flexible, and cooperative team is essential. Shifts are varied and include day, evening, weekend and holiday work schedules.
