Health Affiliates Maine is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapy Supervisor(LCPC/LCSW/LMFT) to join their team. Health Affiliates Maine offers their employees a full benefits package, 401k, earned benefit time + 11 paid holidays.Administrative Requirements:Provide clinical supervision to a least 25 full-time equivalent affiliate cliniciansProvide monthly (onsite or virtual) group supervision to affiliates in various geographic locations.Provide ongoing support/supervision/consultation to affiliates via phone and e-mail weeklyReview client charts for clinical documentation and quality of care in service delivery to clients.Work at developing a working knowledge of an assigned focus area, and work at fostering agency expertise
Minimum Education/Experience Qualifications:A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and Maine State Licensing as a LCSW/LCPC/LMFTMust be a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)At least 5 years of clinical experience.
