Full-Time, Salaried Clinician

St. Mary’s Health System, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking a full-time, salaried Clinician to join our expanding Outpatient Counseling department at Community Clinical Services!
Position: Clinician II

Community Clinical Services-Outpatient Counseling Department is seeking a clinician that will provide individual and, as appropriate, family counseling services for 3 days per week within a private middle/ high school setting and two days per week in an integrated primary care setting. This position is salaried with benefits included. The school based days are seasonal and follow the private school calendar. The model of treatment provided is dependent upon the clinical needs of the student. Knowledge in the modalities of CBT, DBT, TF-CBT and motivational interviewing are preferable, given the clinical needs of the populations served. This role will be responsible for collaborating care with other providers within the school health center and/ or primary care setting to provide holistic care to clients. The clinician will develop individualized treatment plans for each client that identifies measurable goals. Documentation for services rendered is completed in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The clinician will model appropriate social interaction skills, including boundaries, communication, conflict resolution etc. with clients, providers, families and school personnel.
Responsibilities:
Provides counseling services for children, adolescents, families and adults
Collaborates with other providers to provide holistic care to clients
Documents biopsychosocial assessment, progress notes and treatment goals in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Education and Requirements:
Licensure as LCSW preferred
1-3 years’ experience in a school based setting or child/adolescent residential setting preferred
Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
