Clinical Social Worker
Winslow Public Schools is accepting applications for an exciting for a FULL-TIME Masters Level Clinical position to provide services for Winslow Elementary School; Grades K-6.
Applicants must possess a combination of strong communication, clinical and organizational skills with the ability to interface effectively with all staff, students, and parents/legal guardians.
The qualified applicant will:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills including leadership among educational staff and parent/legal guardians;
- Oversee daily caseload of students including crisis intervention, individual counseling, group counseling, and family counseling;
- Have experience working with Elementary aged students;
- Facilitate team meetings regarding students with teachers, parents/legal guardians and Administrators;
- Facilitate classroom presentations regarding topics in mental health in collaboration with the school leadership team;
- Have experience with the MaineCare Section 28 and 65 Programs including documentation, supervision and clinical paperwork.
Requirements:
- LCSW, or LMSWcc Required;
- C.H.R.C. (fingerprint) Certification Required.
Educational Requirements:
- Master Degree in Social Work
