·       Belfast
·       Sanford
·       Augusta
Community Care is looking for highly responsible, caring, and motivated individuals to conduct safety assessments through investigative casework and to provide support to families in our Alternative Response Program (ARP). The ARP Case Manager conducts a thorough assessment of risk, facilitates Family Team Meetings to develop Family Plans, and assists the families in reaching their goals.
Community Care provides high quality mental health services and supports to children and families throughout Maine and is accredited by COA the Council on Accreditation.
