Sacopee Valley Health Center is looking for a full-time LCSW LCPC to join their Medical Team as a Behavioral Health Consultant. The position involves working with patients in a busy integrated primary care setting to more effectively manage the behavioral aspects of their physical and mental illnesses and/or chronic medical conditions.
The individual holding this position needs to possess a high degree of flexibility and consultative, collaborative skills, while providing short, solution-focused assessments and interventions to a general patient population.
Applicants must possess a valid State of Maine licensed or be license eligible. We have a retention bonus of $2,500 after two years. Experience in the health care field/setting is preferred.
