MSW and BSW Students Participate in Social Work Advocacy Day at the Maine Statehouse
MSW and BSW Students participated in Social Work Advocacy Day at the Maine Statehouse on March 7, 2018. Students learned about why advocacy matters and about social work in the political arena. Maine NASW chapter leaders also presented the NASW legislative priorities for advocacy efforts and students met with state legislators and state house advocates.
