World Economic Forum cites UMaine Climate Reanalyzer on record breaking ocean temperatures

The World Economic Forum used a data visualization from  University of Maine Climate Change Institute Climate Reanalyzer to show that the ocean temperature record has been broken everyday thus far in 2024. Mid-March marked a full year of global ocean surface temperatures consistently being the warmest on record, according to data from the U.S. National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration (NOAA) shared by the Climate Reanalyzer.
