“The Danish Jews in Theresienstadt: The Topography of Memory”

In this informal presentation, Prof. Therkel Stræde (University of Southern Denmark) will explain the genesis and development of a class project to visualize the experiences of Danish Jews at Theresienstadt, the largest ghetto in Czechoslovakia during World War II.

This event is free and open to all UMaine students, faculty, and staff. As space is limited in the Digital and Spatial History Lab, please RSVP anne.knowles@maine.edu to ensure a seat.
