From UMaine to Broadway: A discussion with lighting designer Don Holder

The division of Theatre/Dance is hosting Tony award winning lighting designer, and UMaine alum, Don Holder on Friday November 1st.  He will be giving a talk that is free and open to the public at 2pm in Hauck auditorium. Come learn more about this award winning designer, who has worked on 58 different Broadway shows, the New York Metropolitan Opera, the hit TV show Smash, and the movie Oceans Eight among other projects. He received two Tony Awards for his lighting work on Lion King on Broadway. He is currently the head of lighting design at Rutgers University.
