Your UMS Account must be activated in order to register a device. If you have your ID# and Activation Key, visit accounts.maine.edu. Click the Account Activation link and follow the instructions on that page. For additional information or support, please contact the Help Desk at 1.800.696.4357.

PaperCut Student Printing
You can print to any student accessible Xerox Unit on campus with the PaperCut printing client.

Zoom Resources & Support
All students have a Zoom Pro account. Whether you are taking classes or joining meetings, you will want to get familiar with our web conferencing tool. It is important to login and connect to Zoom using the UMSID/Password account.
Remote Access VPN
Some university services and applications (i.e. Remote Computer Labs) require your device to be connected to the university network. This service allows connectivity for your devices when working off-campus.

Purchasing a Computer?
The University Bookstore carries computers that are recommended for specific colleges. They are located in the lower level of the Memorial Union. You can view these recommendations by clicking the button below.
