On Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, all Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) eligible UMS staff, not currently enrolled in DUO MFA, begin receiving a pop-up reminder message at sign-in. Then, starting Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, eligible staff that are still not enrolled get auto-redirected at sign-in to the DUO MFA enrollment portal, which is necessary to complete and continue accessing your account.
