Media Services

Media Services offers orientations for faculty members of the AV Equipment in Classrooms. Click on the link below to sign up for a day/time for an orientation. Fill out the Building and Room Number in the Location field. A Media Services tech will meet you in the room at the time you reserve. The Orientation calendar is available weekdays up until the first day of classes.

Equipment Reservations – Fogler Library Circulation Desk

Fogler Library has AV equipment that may be loaned out to Students, Staff and Faculty.  Items for check out include Computers, Projectors, Microphones, PA Systems, Digital Cameras, Digital Audio Recorder and more.

Events and Hospitality Our experienced and friendly staff are available to help you plan your event from beginning to end. We focus on the details that create a seamless and successful conference experience for your group. From board meetings, conferences and retreats to  symposiums, banquets, and trade shows, Events & Hospitality can accommodate your group, large or small. We will facilitate communications with campus units and external vendors and coordinate all logistics for your event.
