What does it really mean when students seem “disengaged”? In this workshop, we’ll look beyond assumptions to explore four key considerations—Capacity, Attention, Relevance, & Essentials—that shape how today’s learners show up for class. Participants will leave with deeper insight and practical ways to design learning experiences that honor students’ realities and foster genuine connection.
