Institutions of higher education are becoming more deliberate at targeting future faculty who can meaningfully contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives. More often job ads are requiring separate statements, in addition to a teaching philosophy that specifically address these issues. We will work to help you navigate this topic and develop a strategy for writing your own diversity statement.
