Governance
The Maine Business School and the Graduate School of Business are founded on the principles of shared governance, where faculty are the policy-making body of the School with respect to curriculum. The faculty, in consultation with the MBS administration, is the policy-making body of the School with respect to academic policies and practices, faculty evaluation, and other issues pertinent to faculty governance.
