ARCSIM Office Hours
We’re offering hybrid office hours to better meet your needs!
ARCSIM (Advanced Research Computing, Data Security, and Information Management) will be offering regular office hours for technical, consulting, and general informational needs for faculty, staff, and students with research-related questions. This will be held as a hybrid biweekly meeting on the first and third Thursdays of the month from 2:00pm – 3:30pm. No appointments necessary, and all levels of users and questions are welcomed!

What are office hours and what is expected?
ARCSIM office hours are your time to bring any questions or research needs having to do with:
- research computing needs
- HPC job submissions
- optimizing group/project resources
- file management
- data transfer
- backup storage
- ARCSIM supported services
- bioinformatics
- usage of TACC and OSC platforms
