Research Interests: I am currently working in the Roth lab developing an integrated population model to examine spatially explicit population dynamics and abundance trends of golden-winged warblers. My previous research has focused on examining the effects of anthropogenic land use and management practices on wildlife, primarily herpetofauna, at assemblage and species-specific levels using Bayesian modeling techniques. My other research interests and experiences include work on reptile thermal physiology, movement ecology and translocation strategies, explicit quantification of method-specific sampling biases, and assessing the wildlife conservation value of active solar energy fields.
