Wilson Center Meditation Group to Resume September 11th
Interested in learning more about mindfulness meditation? Looking for a community with whom to build or resume a personal practice? You are invited to join the weekly meditation group at the Wilson Center. With an initial 6 week introduction to meditation and mindfulness in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh, this group is ideal for newcomers and those interested in exploring meditation for the first time but also open to those with an established practice. The group will meet weekly, every Monday during the term beginning September 11 , from 3:45-4:45 at the Wilson Center. It is facilitated by members of Still Water Sangha.
