Volunteer for Maine Hello 2021!
Hearty Maine Hello!
We hope you’re enjoying your summer so far! It’s hard to believe that in one month we will be starting a new school year and welcoming a new group of first-year students to UMaine! Now more than ever is a time to embrace coming together as a UMaine community by giving the class of 2025 a huge welcome on a day called Maine Hello.
We are still in need of volunteers for this great day! Maine Hello will be on Friday, August 27th from 7:00AM-4:00PM. This year our volunteers will help greet people, direct traffic, assist students with moving certain items, and may also help with testing related tasks. The day will be broken up into two shifts for volunteers. Upperclass residential students who volunteer will receive a t-shirt and will be able to move into their residence halls anytime on Wednesday, August 25th. There will be a short, required training on the morning of Thursday, August 26th. If you would like to volunteer, please follow the link below:
