Lincoln Plantation

Welcome to Lincoln Plantation!

Moose
Paul CyrThe Majestic Maine Moose!

Not to be confused with the Eastern Maine town of Lincoln, Oxford County’s Lincoln Plantation was settled during the mid-nineteenth century, and was most known as the access point to nearby Parmachenee Lake, which was once a popular resort destination. The Plantation has maintained a very small population, aside from a spike in 1909-1911 during the construction of the large Aziscohos hydroelectric dam.
