Westfield
Welcome to Westfield!
Westfield was originally settled as two land grant townships intended to support schools in Massachusetts, and was incorporated as the town of Westfield in 1905. The town was and remains primarily an agricultural area, with potatoes, broccoli, and grains being the main crops.

- 18-hole disc golf course that is $3 for 9 holes, $5 for 18 holes, or $8 for a day pass, and rentals for $1.
- Saturn – The Maine Solar System Model US-1, Westfield, ME 04787
- Located in Aroostook County is the world’s largest complete 3-D, 40-mile long scale model of the solar system, representing from the Sun to Pluto. The model was built by various Aroostook County community members and was formally unveiled in June 2003.
- Southern Bangor and Aroostook Trail Westfield, ME 04787
- This trail passes right through Westfield on its long journey from Houlton up to Presque Isle. The 37-mile trail runs mostly through farmland and occasionally goes into forests and wetlands. The trail is mostly level and offers a great opportunity for year-round outdoor activities like walking, biking, and cross-country skiing. It is also part of a 1,200-mile network of thoroughfares for ATVs in the county, the largest east of the Mississippi River.
