Kathleen Bell and Jessica Leahy and the rest of the interdisciplinary, multi-institutional Community Resilience and Well-Being (CREW) team. Prescott is a graduate student in the SPIA Program and has helped Bell and Leahy, along with colleagues Dr. Vanessa Levesque from the University of Southern Maine and Dr. Eileen Johnson from Bowdoin College move forward with USDA-funded research on community resilience and rural development.
