Ana Ospina Tobar defends her M.S. Thesis

Ana Ospina Tobar successfully defended her M.S. thesis. In her thesis research, The influence of framing and recent experience on farmer choices in experimental games depicting risk-reducing agricultural technologies, she innovatively integrated insights from microeconomics, experimental economics, and behavioral economics to better understand farmer decision-making and assess the effectiveness of games as public education tools. In collaboration with her advisor, Dr. Jonathan Malacarne, Ana is exploring themes of local and global relevance as farmers strive to adapt to climate change. Congratulations Ana ! The SOE Community is very proud of your accomplishments.
