Centralmaine.com and the Sun Journal promoted a two-part webinar series from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension focused on supporting pollinators with native plants. “Why Native Plants” is scheduled for noon on Sept. 9. Part two, “Creating a Pollinator-Friendly Garden,” is scheduled for noon on Sept. 23. More information about the events, which are hosted by the Auburn Public Library, is online.
