Boothbay Register notes symposium hosted by DMC, Downeast Institute
The Boothbay Register noted that the University of Maine Darling Marine Center and Downeast Institute, a marine science field station for the University of Maine at Machias, co-hosted the annual Science for Economic impact and Application (SEA) Fellows Summer Science Symposium virtually on Aug. 10. More than 70 people participated in the virtual event, which featured the research of 25 undergraduate and recent post baccalaureate students from UMaine and 11 other institutions.
